Pheasant Hunting

Rock Creek Pheasant Hunting has 9000 acres of prime pheasant hunting in South Dakota, with natural grasses, mixed corn/milo food plots and creek bottoms. These are not grazed or harvested, and consequently, provide some of the best pheasant hunting in South Central South Dakota. Our native grasses are rich in nutrients - they supply a good habitat for wildlife that makes them get fat and grow fast.

The seeds from these native grasses are in great demand throughout the west and are used for CRP food plots across the state. We elect not to harvest or graze this grass and use it exclusively for the wildlife, which makes for great pheasant hunting. Our management team knows what it takes to make the birds grow and remain wild. Aggressive planting of cover plots for our native populations, allows birds to increase in number and survive our harsh South Dakota winters.

Give us a call and book early as most prime dates fill up fast.
